Mr. Heejun (June) Park is the CEO of EIP Asset Management which is 100% subsidiary of Energy Innovation Partners. Energy Innovation Partners is the first energy consulting & M&A advisory company focusing on U.S. shale gas, energy infrastructure and power generation investments in Korea. Since 2016 December, he currently serves as a Committee Member of Korea National Energy Council. 

Mr. Park acted as the Project Lead for Eureka Midstream-SK Holdings minority interest acquisition project as well as global loan syndication transactions such as US conventional and renewable power plant portfolio transactions led by LS Power, Dominion Resources, Starwood Energy Group, CPV, Ares-EIF, Caithness, etc.

Mr. Park is a seasoned investment veteran who worked at No.1 shale gas producer EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT), a S&P 500 company located in core of Marcellus & Utica basin, over 15 years and the last position held was Vice President of Planning and Processing Improvement. While Mr. Park was working in EQT, his contribution to the projects are as follows: MLP IPO of EQT Midstream (NYSE: EQM), divestiture of Equitable Gas, monetization of Statoil reserve acquisition and vairous M&A transactions.

He earned a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business.
